At the Board of Education Meeting of October 24, 2005, following on the Press Conference of the Equity in Education Coalition, Denise Young, Co-Chair of MCEF spoke to the Board about our concerns regarding the continuing refusal of the system to recognize and address the problems of the Grade 2 Global Screening Process.
